RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Once the products puxchangesrchased on the GERARDFIRENZE.COM website have been delivered, the customer has 14 days to decide whether to keep them or not.
The customer has another 14 days to return the products after having sent his return request. The first period starts from the day after receiving the products, while the second period starts from the day after sending the customer’s return request.
The products that the customer wishes to return must not be worn and/or damaged. To ensure that you receive a full refund, the customer is encouraged to return all accessories as well.
Return Instructions
- To request a return authorization you must access the ACCOUNT section, go to the RETURN section and select the products you wish to return. Once the procedure has been completed GERARDFIRENZE.COM will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), the label for the shipment and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.
- The return shipment made with the courier indicated by GERARDFIRENZE.COM will be charged to the customer in the case of total return.
If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer. - The return shipment must be made within 28 days from the receipt of the order.
There are 3 types of compensation available:
- Size/color exchange
You can only make an exchange for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new item can be returned following the same procedure. - Credit by Voucher
As soon as the return is received and processed, the customer will be sent a code for the total value of the returned items, to be used for subsequent purchases. Any cost incurred originally for the shipment of the order will be included in the Store Credit only if all the items purchased are returned.
The credit by voucher:
can only be used once within 3 months of the return;
cannot be accumulated with other vouchers;
must be used in full on an order of equal or greater value. - Refund
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the warehouses GERARDFIRENZE.COM and the items will be verified.
For orders paid by Credit Card the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next statement of the card. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal or Bank Transfer the amount will be refunded to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation will not be refunded. Any cost incurred originally for shipping the order will be refunded to the customer only if all items purchased are returned.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
- Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
- All shoes and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
- Swimwear and undergarments (bikinis, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns will be refused and returned to the customer if the items show signs of use.
- HOME products area items must be returned in perfect condition and free of any damage, scratches or dents. If a HOME products area item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us for return instructions.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with the original accessories, components and artwork. They must also be properly packaged in the same manner in which they were received. - Returns must be shipped inside the GERARDFIRENZE.COM box including the self-adhesive closure on the lid. In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging can be used for the shipment of the items.
- In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that there are errors in the shipments from GERARDFIRENZE.COM, the customer is invited to contact info@gerardfirenze.com immediately. GERARDFIRENZE.COM reserves the right to ask for photographic proofs before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
- Returns authorized by GERARDFIRENZE.COM must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.
- GERARDFIRENZE.COM reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers different from the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for GERARDFIRENZE.COM or requires the collection at a branch of the courier itself.
- GERARDFIRENZE.COM also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or in any case does not comply with all the conditions provided.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
The eventual acceptance of such returns entails, however, a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods. - The right of withdrawal for the contracts concluded on the GERARDFIRENZE.COM website is excluded in accordance with the art. 59 Italian Consumer Code concerning:
a) the supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
b) the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
By way of example, the following products are certainly excluded from the withdrawal:
– Certain items in the Intimate/Lingerie section (where expressly indicated).
– Articles of the Beauty section (where expressly indicated).
– Christmas packages.
For every good to which the exclusion of the recess is applied, GERARDFIRENZE.COM supplies to the consumer customer a specific indication directly in the product card.
It remains however the faculty of GERARDFIRENZE.COM to accept the request of recess also for the goods excluded from such right, if in its unquestionable judgment it considers it appropriate for motivated reasons.
For all the aspects not specifically expressed, the European regulation for the commerce at a distance does faith.
